Yes that’s right folks, Glenn Hoddle has declared his interest in the vacant posts at Stamford Bridge and Wembley. It is rumoured that his whole 2012 to do list has leaked, and looks a little something like this:
- Get the Chelsea Job
- Get the England Job
- Get to the last 12 of “X Factor” where Gary Barlow will be my mentor
- Date Keira Knightley
- Return to playing career and captain England to Euro 2012 glory
- Find flying pig
- Ride flying pig
- Visit Mars
- Eat flying pig
We think he has the best chance of achieving number 5…well, the first half of it 😉
Seriously though, perhaps this is a little harsh but what is Glenn thinking? He’s been out of the game for a long time and though he wasn’t a bad manager by any means, I don’t think he’ll be making either shortlist somehow.
